Delete Your BizInvoice Account
You can permanently request deletion of your BizInvoice account and associated personal data at any time.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account, you can either:
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting account deletion.
2. What Data Will Be Deleted
Once your request is processed:
- check_circle Your account will be permanently deleted.
- check_circle Personal information associated with your account will be removed.
- check_circle Business data such as invoices, customers, inventory, and products will be deleted unless retention is required by law.
3. What Data May Be Retained
Financial and tax records that must be retained under applicable laws may be securely stored for the legally required retention period and then permanently deleted.
4. How Long Retained Data Is Kept
Where retention is legally required, financial and tax records are kept only for the minimum period mandated by applicable law, after which they are permanently deleted.
